Everything in the end to end process was perfect. I got an initial call when promised, a pick up was arranged and the driver kept me updated on his arrival time. The pick up was quick and efficient, I was helped with the registration document and the agreed amount was in my account later in the day. I would highly recommend Motorwise.

Gave the best price to scrap a van compared to a couple of others, easy process but scrap company didnt phone me in the time stated so had to contact motorwise. They then phoned and arranged collection, no haggling when collected but they did pick up one day earlier than arranged, fortunately it didnt matter to me

Quick, simple and easy to use.No issues with the collection of the car with recovery service and payment was sent with ease.Only gripe was down to lack of communication when they were unable to collect on the day they stated, But dont be put off by this, this was just one really minor thing and I understand that we all have bad days from time to time.Would recommend to others and should my car blow up again (fingers crossed it doesnt l) i would most definitely use them again.
