the vehicle was picked up with minimum fuss ,the driver phoned ahead as you said he would, excelent service, and a very good price for the car The only thing was as i did not have a photo id liecence (but i do have a passport)you with held payment untill you had conformation from driver, and i only have limited knowledge of a computer so i think you will have to take the fact that us older generation who were not brought up with this tech should be taken in consideration
